Operation&mantenance
(1)When worm speed reducer starts to work up to200-400 hours, its lubricant should be replaced.
(2)The gearbox need to replace the oil after 4000 hours.
(3)Worm reduction gearbox is fully filled with lubricant oil after finshed assembly.
(4)Lubricanting oil should be kept enough in the casing and checked at a fixed time.

To establish the AQL acceptable level of incoming material control, to provide the material for the whole inspection, sampling, immunity. Can be divided into three basic structural parts: box, CZPT , bearing and shaft combination. The box is the base of all the accessories in the CZPT reducer. It is an important part that supports the fixed shaft parts, ensures the correct relative position of the transmission parts and supports the load acting on the reducer.
