Operation&mantenance
(1)When worm speed reducer starts to work up to200-400 hours, its lubricant should be replaced.
(2)The gearbox need to replace the oil after 4000 hours.
(3)Worm reduction gearbox is fully filled with lubricant oil after finshed assembly.
(4)Lubricanting oil should be kept enough in the casing and checked at a fixed time.

RV (NMRV) series
RV reducer is 1 of the common reducers in the worm gear reducer family. It is composed of worm and worm gear. It has compact structure, large transmission ratio, and self-locking function under certain conditions. It is 1 of the commonly used reducers with low vibration, low noise, and low energy consumption.
NMRV series reducers are used in food, leather, textile, glass, ceramics, medical, chemical, light industry and other mechanical equipment industries, especially for various automatic wire drive reducers.

WP series
 

Wide universality
Stable transmission, low vibration, impact and noise, large reduction ratio, wide versatility, and can be used with various mechanical equipment.

Compact structure
Large transmission ratio can be obtained by single-stage transmission, and the structure is compact. Most types of reducers have good self-locking performance, and braking devices can be saved for mechanical equipment with braking requirements.

Low noise
The meshing friction loss between the worm gear tooth and the worm gear tooth surface is large, so the transmission efficiency is lower than that of the gear, and it is easy to heat up and the temperature is higher.
