The design of MB Series Various CZPT Reducer compromises the CZPT d technology both at home and abroad. The products include the following main characteristics:
1. CZPT speed precision: 0.5-1 shaft. . CZPT speed-changing range: The speed ratio ranges from 1: 1.4 to 1: 7 freely.
2. CZPT in adaptation: MB Series Various CZPT Reducer can be combined with all kinds of speed reducers, as to achieve low stepless speed-changing. Convenient to regulate the speed
3. Full in sealing and suitable for any environment. Made of high-quality aluminium alloy diecast into forming, good-looking in appearance, light in weight and it never gets rusty.
4. Continuous in running, CZPT -to-back in running directly, smooth driving, stable performance and low noise.

Main Characteristic of RV Series Worm Gearbox
RV series CZPT reducer is a new-generation product developed by CZPT on the basis of perfecting WJ series products with a compromise of CZPT d technology both at home and abroad.
1. CZPT -quality aluminum alloy, light in weight and CZPT -rusting.
2. Large in output torque.
3. Smooth running and low noise, RV series gear reducer can work CZPT time in dreadful conditions.
4. CZPT radiation efficiency.
5. CZPT -looking appearance, durable in service life and small volume.
6. Suitable for omnibearing installation.
Main CZPT of RV Series Worm Gearbox
1. Housing: die-cast aluminum alloy(frame size: 571 to 090), cast iron(frame size: 110 to 150).
2. Worm: 20Crm, carbonization quencher heat treatment makes the surface hardness of CZPT s up to 56-62 HRX, retain carbonization layer’s thickness between 0.3 and 0.5mm after precise grinding.
3. Worm Wheel: wearable stannum bronze alloy.
Surface Painting of RV Series Worm Gearbox
Aluminum alloy housing:
1. Shot blasting and special antiseptic treatment on the aluminum alloy surface.
2. After phosphating, paint with RAL5571 blue or silvery white paint.
Cast iron housing:
First paint with red antirust paint, then paint with RAL5571 blue or silvery white paint.
