2) Cacing: 20Cr, profil involut ZI; perlakuan panas karbonisasi & pendinginan membuat kekerasan permukaan roda gigi mencapai 56-62 HRC; Setelah penggerindaan presisi, ketebalan lapisan karburisasi antara 0,3-0,5 mm.
3) Roda Cacing: paduan timah tahan aus CuSn10-1
