We design, machine, assemble, and test every gearbox in our own facility. No trading company, no outsourced production — just direct factory supply to engineers and buyers across Australia and beyond.
We are Ever-Power, a specialist manufacturer of worm gearboxes and mechanical transmission components. Over more than two decades, we have built one thing: precision-engineered worm gear reducers that industrial buyers in Australia, the UK, North America, and Southeast Asia can rely on without reservation.
Our product range spans single-stage NMRV aluminium worm gearboxes, NRV shaft-mount reducers, double-stage worm combinations for high gear ratios, and PC+NMRV helical-worm units for applications where standard worm-only efficiency is insufficient. Every unit is manufactured, inspected, and documented in our own 20,000 m² facility — there is no outsourced production in our supply chain.
We supply direct to OEM machinery builders, system integrators, MRO procurement teams, and engineering distributors. Our export capability is matched by our technical depth — when you ask us a selection question, you receive an answer from an engineer, not a catalogue reference.

We design and manufacture four complementary product lines from the same facility — engineered to cover the full range of industrial gear reduction requirements. All series share the same quality standards, documentation package, and export process.
Compact aluminium alloy housing with IEC B14 and B5 flange compatibility. The most widely deployed worm gearbox series in Australian light-to-medium industrial applications. Available in multiple frame sizes from NMRV025 through NMRV130, covering gear ratios from 5:1 to 100:1.
Agriculture Food Processing AutomationAluminium alloy housing configured for direct shaft-mount installation using a torque arm. Suited to conveyor tail shafts, agitator stub shafts, and any application where mounting to a fixed baseplate is impractical. Same worm gear technology and ratio range as the NMRV series.
Shaft Mount Water Treatment ConveyingTwo NMRV stages coupled in series to achieve gear ratios far beyond the single-stage limit — from 100:1 to well above 3,000:1 depending on the combination. Inherently self-locking at high ratios, making this series a natural fit for slow agitators, actuated gates, and low-speed positioning drives.
High Ratio Agitators Self-LockingA helical gear pre-stage drives an NMRV worm output stage. The helical stage achieves significantly higher efficiency than a worm-only drive, while the worm output retains right-angle reduction and self-locking. Preferred for servo-driven machinery, packaging lines, and precision indexing applications where thermal performance matters.
High Efficiency Servo Compatible PackagingOur manufacturing process is fully integrated. We produce our own worm shafts from hardened and ground alloy steel, cast and machine our own aluminium housings, and wind and press our own phosphor-bronze worm wheels — all within our facility. This vertical integration gives us direct control over tolerances, material quality, and delivery schedules in ways that trading companies and resellers cannot match.
Australian importers, machinery builders, and regulated-industry buyers require documentation that holds up to scrutiny. We provide it as standard — not as an optional extra.
Our quality management system is independently certified to ISO 9001. The certification covers the full production cycle — from incoming material inspection through to finished-goods release. We issue copies of our current certificate with every commercial shipment on request.
All NMRV and NRV series gearboxes carry CE marking in accordance with applicable European machinery and low voltage directives. We prepare a CE declaration of conformity for each product family, available to importers and machinery builders who require this documentation for their own CE marking obligations.
RoHS compliance documentation is available for all standard product lines. Material certifications for worm shafts, worm wheels, and housings can be provided on request. For projects requiring third-party SGS inspection or test witnessing, we can arrange factory access and coordinate the inspection process.
Our approach to quality is straightforward: every gearbox that leaves our facility has been individually inspected against a defined test procedure. We do not rely on batch sampling alone for critical parameters — seal integrity, output shaft runout, noise level, and backlash are checked at the unit level for production batches destined for export.
For Australian buyers in regulated industries — food manufacturing, water utilities, mining — we can prepare a quality documentation package tailored to your procurement requirements. Contact our export team via our contact page to discuss your specific documentation needs.
We have been exporting worm gearboxes internationally for over fifteen years. Australia is one of our primary markets — we are familiar with Australian import documentation requirements, AS/NZS standards context, and the freight routes and transit times relevant to buyers in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.
Our export team handles commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, CE declarations, and ISO certification documents as a standard part of every shipment. For first-time importers, we are able to guide the process from order confirmation through to Australian customs clearance.
We also serve regular buyers in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and across continental Europe. This international footprint means our product range has been validated across a wide range of electrical standards, ambient conditions, and industry applications — experience that directly benefits Australian customers.
These are not marketing statements — they are the operating standards we hold ourselves to in every production batch, every export shipment, and every technical response.
We publish the specifications we can verify and manufacture to. Torque ratings, efficiency values, and weight data in our documentation are derived from tested production units — not theoretical calculations inflated for marketing purposes.
ISO 9001 certification is the floor, not the ceiling. We maintain batch-level traceability, individual unit inspection records, and material certifications as part of our standard quality process — not as a premium service tier.
We understand what Australian, UK, and North American buyers need from an offshore supplier — correct documentation, consistent packing, predictable quality, and honest communication when problems arise. We have been doing this for over fifteen years.
Enquiries that require engineering input are handled by people with the knowledge to answer them properly. We do not route technical questions through a sales layer that cannot engage with specifications, tolerances, or application details.
We own our production process end to end. There is no sub-contracting of worm shaft machining or housing casting. This independence gives us direct control over lead times, specifications, and the ability to accommodate OEM customisations without third-party coordination delays.
We measure success in years, not transactions. Consistent product quality, stable pricing structures, and reliable communication are the foundation of the long-term supply relationships we have built with OEM customers and distributors in Australia and internationally.
From a specialist worm gearbox workshop to a fully integrated manufacturing facility serving buyers in more than fifty countries.
We began operations as a dedicated worm gearbox manufacturer, focusing on the NMRV aluminium series that remains our core product to this day. Initial production capacity was established with a small team of transmission engineers and CNC machinists.
We expanded our product range to include the NRV shaft-mount worm reducer series, increasing our CNC machining capacity and adding dedicated assembly lines for larger frame sizes. The facility footprint was expanded to accommodate growing export order volume.
We obtained ISO 9001 quality management certification following a comprehensive audit of our production, inspection, and documentation processes. CE conformity declarations were prepared for all standard product families, enabling direct supply to European and Australian regulated-industry buyers.
We introduced double-stage worm gearbox combinations to address applications requiring gear ratios beyond the single-stage limit. The PC+NMRV helical-worm combination series was developed concurrently for servo and high-efficiency applications in the packaging and automation sectors.
A major facility upgrade was completed, bringing our total manufacturing floor area to 20,000 m² and adding a dedicated quality testing laboratory equipped for noise, vibration, load, and seal integrity testing. Production capacity exceeded 500,000 units annually for the first time.
Today we supply worm gearboxes to industrial buyers across Australia, the UK, North America, Southeast Asia, and continental Europe. Our four product series — NMRV, NRV, double-stage, and PC+NMRV — cover the full range of industrial gear reduction requirements, all manufactured and documented in-house.
